  • Get The Baking Tray Ready: Set aside an 8-inch baking tray wrapped with baking paper.

  •  Cook The Fudge: Take a large saucepan. Pour it with the Sugar, Syrup, Cream, and Vanilla. Set in a low flame until the sugar has dissolved, stirring constantly. Continue to heat until the sugars start to boil, then reduce to a low heat and carefully boil the liquid for 5-10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and place it on a cool surface to allow the temperature to drop.
    Cook The Fudge
  • Stir The Fudge Continuously: Now start stirring the fudge. Once the liquids have stopped bubbling stir it for 5 minutes for cooling and thickening. When the glossy shine begins to fade, and the surface is looking matte, your fudge approaches a light peanut butter consistency.
    Stir The Fudge Continuously
  •  Fill The Baking Tray: Fill your prepared baking tray halfway with the delicious thick fudge. And place it in the fridge to harden.

  •   Serving: Take out the tray from the fridge. Remove the fudge from the tray and cut it into pieces to serve. Spread a little chocolate over the top for a lovely presentation.
