  • ½ frozen banana

how to make Mocha Madness Tropical Smoothie

  • Pour Milk: If you don’t have almond milk at home, you can use oat milk ( rolled oat milk) or coconut milk for a creamy texture and tropical flavor. It’s better to avoid normal milk, it will add extra protein.
    Pour Milk
  • Add Yogurt: Now add ½ cup of yogurt. Try to use non-fat yogurt, it’s a protein booster and adds extra creaminess. But if you don’t have one, use a regular one, no problem.
    Add Yogurt
  • Add Coffee And Cacao Powder: Some coffee is there that tastes stronger, so if you want a strong flavor, buy the strong one, and if light then lighter one.
Maybe you are thinking, I have spelled wrong but not, I have spelled it right, the cacao powder. Yes, cacao powder is better than cocoa powder and gives a rich chocolaty flavor to the smoothie.  So I am using it, it’s better for you too.
    Add Coffee And Cacao Powder
  • Add Sweetener: It’s time to add sweetener to make the smoothie sweet. If you are health conscious like me, add ½ frozen or fresh banana. Bananas will make the smoothie thick and smooth and will also make it sweet. Then add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, or agave syrup.Add Sweetener
  • Add Vanilla Essence: The final ingredient is vanilla essence. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, it will give the smoothie a depth of flavor and shine.
    Add Vanilla Essence
  • Blend For 10 Seconds: Everything is added, now we have to just blend it all. Attach the blender jug to the machine and run it for 10 seconds. Stop and open it, scrap all around the jug and give everything a stir. It will ensure no stress on the machine and everything is smoothly blended.
    Blend For 10 Seconds
  •  Final Blending: Run the machine again and blend until everything is well mixed and blended. Give it a check, if the smoothie seems too thick, add two tablespoons of liquid milk, and if you want it to become more thick add 1 tablespoon of milk powder and more if needed. Then blend it until you get the perfect texture smoothie.
     Final Blending
  • Serve: The smoothie is ready to serve. Take a highball glass, pour the smoothie and it’s done. Don’t add ice if you want a cold smoothie, ice will make the smoothie watery. Leave it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then serve. Sprinkle some cacao powder on top of the smoothie for garnishing and serve chilled and enjoy!
    Serve
  •  Store: If you want to make the smoothie a day before for guests you can do so. The smoothie will be fresh and tasty in the fridge for upto 2 days. For better taste store it in a masonry jar. And if some leftovers are there store them in the ice method. Convert the smoothie into ice cubes and store it.
