  • Chopped  pecans 1 cup

  • Unsweetened  cocoa ½ cup

  • Butter  1 cup

  • Large  eggs  4

  • Semi-sweet  chocolate baking bar, chopped 1 (4oz.)

  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp.

  • Sugar   2 cups

  • Salt ¾ tsp

  • All-purpose  flour  1 ½ cups

  • Mini-marshmallows 1 (10.5 oz.) bag

  • Butter   ½ cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 lb.

  • Unsweetened  cocoa  ⅓ cup

  • Vanilla extract  1 tsp. 

  • Milk ⅓ cup

  • Toast The Pecans:  Take a baking tray and put pecans in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake the pecans at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

  • Melt The Chocolate:  Take a bowl and put 1 cup butter and grated semisweet chocolate. Melt it at high for 1 minute or until melted and smooth.

  • Mixing Time: Now take Whisk and stir sugar, eggs, Vanilla extract, All-purpose flour, Salt,  into the chocolate mixture.  Pour batter into a greased jelly-roll pan.

  •  Baking Time: Bake the cake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven, and sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Again bake for 5 to 7 minutes until just before turning brown.

  • Chocolate Frosting:  Now take a pan and add butter. When the butter is melted add unsweetened cocoa, milk, powdered sugar and stir it continuously. Then add vanilla extract and turn off the heat. Now you need an electric beater to mix the chocolate frosting evenly.

  • Top Coat And Serving:  Pure your chocolate frosting into the marshmallow layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle it with toasted pecans. And your mud cake is ready to serve.
