how to make Wildtree Ranch Chicken Chili

  •  Fry Onion and garlic:To begin, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large cooking pan. Heat the oil over a high flame until it begins to smoke. Then add in all of the diced onions and garlic and cook them for about 1-2 minutes.

    Fry Onion and garlic
  • Add Ranch Seasoning: After a few minutes of frying the onions and garlic, add a pinch of dried oregano and Wildtree ranch seasoning to the pan. Mix all of the ingredients together until they are well combined.

    Add Ranch Seasoning
  • Add Rotisserie Chicken: Incorporate the previously prepared rotisserie chicken into the mix. Combine it thoroughly with the remaining ingredients in the pan. If you’re confused and don’t know what that means, don’t worry, I’ll explain it to you.
Boil boneless chicken meat, preferably breast pieces, with a pinch of salt and black pepper. While the chicken is boiling, add an adequate amount of water. Remove the chicken from the water once it has reached a full boil. Don’t throw away the water because you’ll be using it to make chicken broth for this dish.
Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes before rotisserieing it with your hands. Make sure the pieces aren’t too big or too small.

    Add Rotisserie Chicken
  •  Add Chicken Broth: Remember the chicken broth you saved while preparing the rotisserie? It’s a good time to reinforce them right now. Pour in all of the chicken broth. If you don’t have any Rotisserie broth, you can substitute store-bought broth here. If you don’t have any broth on hand, you can substitute plain water. However, for the best flavor, I would strongly advise you to use chicken broth here.

    Add Chicken Broth
  • Add Cannellini Beans: I know you brought those wildtree organic Cannellini beans. If you have, it is time to add them to your pan. But first, make sure you mash half of the bean. This will make the soup much heavier and more flavorful.

    Add Cannellini Beans
  •  Add Spices: It’s time to add some heat to your chicken. Do you know why this dish is known as chili chicken ranch? Because it requires a large amount of green chilies. Pour in all of the chopped green chilies. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    Add-Spices
  • Cook the Chicken!: Simmer the chicken and all of the ingredients for 20 minutes on medium-high heat. After twenty minutes, add 1 tablespoon of cilantro and half of the lime juice to the pan. After adding the cilantro to the pan, don’t overcook it. You’ll want them to be fresh and raw, with all of the flavors.

     Cook the Chicken!
  • Add Cheddar Cheese and Sour crème and Serve: Place the chicken in a serving bowl. While it’s still hot, top it with shredded cheddar cheese. Then top with a small amount of sour cream. And there you have it: your quick and easy Wildtree Ranch chicken chili recipe is complete! Enjoy this delectable dish with your family and friends.
