  • 2 chicken breasts

  • ½ cup tomatoes

  • ½ cup cucumber

  • ¼ cup red bell pepper

  • Marinate The Chicken: Take a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of oregano, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and salt as per taste and mix well. Add the chicken breast to this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. But if you have leftover chicken you can also use them.

  •  Preparation: While the chicken is becoming ready to fry let’s cut the vegetables. Take all the vegetables, rinse them well, and dry them with paper towels. Ready the chopping board and knife and cut all the vegetables to the same size. Keep them aside in separate bowls.

  • Fry The Chicken: Marination is done, it’s time to fry the chicken. Turn on the stove, put an iron skillet pan, and set the heat at medium-low. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and let it heat. Now add the chicken and fry until it’s thoroughly cooked or turns golden brown. Keep flipping the chicken and fry both sides. Once done, take it out and let it cool down. Then cut them into small pieces and keep them aside in a bowl.
