Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta 500gm

  • 8 Ounces Beecher’s Flagship Cheese, Grated 2 Cups

  • Jack cheese Grated ½ cup

  • 1-½  Cups Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • Salt,

  • ⅛ chipotle seasoning,

  • ⅛ Garlic Powder

  • Tools
  • Frying Pan/ Sauce Pan

  • Large Bowls

Steps

  • Melt Butter: Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat, then mix in the flour. Continue whisking and frying for 2 minutes, until the mixture becomes clumpy and begins to become golden brown.Melt Butter
  • Prepare Macaroni Sauce:  Add some milk slowly and constantly whisk to create a thick sauce. Cook until sauce thickens about 8 minutes then remove from heat.Prepare macaroni Sauce
  • Cheese Sauce: Add 1¾ cups of Beecher’s Flagship cheese, ¼ cup Just Jack cheese, salt, 1/8 teaspoon of chili powder, and garlic powder. Stir until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are absorbed.Chese Sauce
  • Baking Time: Mix cooked pasta in sauce carefully but thoroughly. Then Put pasta into the prepared baking dish. Bake it uncovered for 15 minutes to let the cheese bubble.Baking-Time
